**In this position you will....**

**You will be responsible for**
- Managing the day to day stock transactions and movements created by service request activity from initial Customer receipt through to final disposition.
- Procuring all inventory required to sustain the Device Protection Operations in Thailand, ensuring severity (financial) and operational goals are met.
- Liaising with the demand planning team to ensure the correct requirements and demands on inventory are forecasted.
- Managing stock exit transactions to generate the maximum revenue available from the resale market place.
- Build strong relationships and working processes with multiple stock vendors, ensuring regular meetings to discuss issues, opportunities and performance.
- Ensuring surplus stock is exited in a timely fashion so as to avoid stock aging and financial risk
- Taking accountability for ensuring all shipment documents are accurate and comply with any local legislative rules
- Liaising with finance department to investigate, find and report root cause of stock reconciliation issues
- Preparing management reports for Asset Management KPIs on a monthly basis
- Liaising with local Operations Managers to plan and execute stock-takes and cycle counts
- Maintaining stock management systems, eligibility rules and assisting global system development
- Responsible for working across the wider global group to ensure we optimize global inventory and leverage local market knowledge

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Experience of working in Operations or Supply Chain within the Telecommunication industry
- Specific understanding or experience of working the trade-in market preferred
- Strong analytical skills and logical decision making experience
- Good financial acumen and understanding of P&L management
- Proven Account management skills & strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English)
- Ability to work methodically with attention to detailed
- “Can-do” proactive attitude with the determination to see through change
- Ability to work effectively across a complex matrix organisation and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
