- Day to day processing of accounts payable to ensure the accurate and timely recording of invoices.
- Manage petty cash including issuing and reimbursement of petty cash, recording of all petty cash vouchers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Manage and prepare payment including issuing cheque, monitoring the due date and ensure all payments done on time.
- Performing accounts payable aging, performing variance analysis and reconciling outstanding items.
- Handling daily accounting entries.
- Prepare withholding tax for submit to revenue department.
- Ensure monthly VAT filling are submitted on time.
- Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records, performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts and files.
- Support both the internal and external audit process, annual audit by providing information and answer to auditors.
- Supervising and providing overall guidance to account staff as well as senior accounting staff.
- Complete all tasks as requested by manager in a timely and efficient manner.
- Performs other activities as assigned.

- Age 25-34 years
- Any gender
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- At least 3 years of management and experience as account in the manufacturing industry.
- Advance conversation middle level in English
- Ability to use Microsoft Office program.
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting practices and principles and tax.
- Problem analysis and solving skills.
- Self-motivated and being a team player.
- Able to work under pressure

**Working Hour**: 8:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday, Saturday working depend on company calendar)
