**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Officer to join our team at Eaglerise Electric & Electronic (China) Co., Ltd. in Chon Buri Si Racha Nong Kham. This individual will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the company's departments run smoothly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the management of company qualifications, certifications, licenses, and permits during the project's initial phase.
- Assist in liaising with government agencies, handling related affairs, and managing emergencies involving government entities.
- Support the construction work of the project base.
- Provide logístical support for various office departments, and manage arrangements related to company staff's clothing, food, accommodations, and transportation.
- Manage company documentation and archives.
- Organize travel and reception arrangements for domestic colleagues traveling abroad for business.
- Handle other administrative and HR-related matters.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
**Qualifications**:
- Associate degree or above; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Valid Thailand driver’s license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles
- Familiar with government documentation standards, operational mechanisms, and procedures.
- Serious and responsible work attitude, meticulous and rigorous, with good professional ethics.
- Good stress management and organizational communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Legally eligible to work in Thailand; open to both Chinese and Thai nationals
