- Assisting with new hire onboarding process including preparing paperwork, scheduling orientation sessions, and coordinating with various departments.
- Maintaining HR databases and employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assisting with employee relations matters including conducting investigations, documenting findings, and providing support as needed.
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and training programs.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good English communication skill is a must
- Previous internship or work experience in HR is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
