Key Responsibilities

**HR Operations**
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding/offboarding, and payroll management.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with Thai labor laws.
- Manage the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Supervise the preparation and processing of payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions such as social security and provident funds.

**Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
- Employee Engagement & Development
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
- Plan and coordinate training programs for employee skill development.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage career progression pathways.

**Compliance & Legal**
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations, including maintaining proper employee documentation.
- Manage workplace health and safety compliance as per government regulations.
- Address employee grievances and mediate disputes in a fair and consistent manner.

**Payroll Management**
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including salary calculations, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and allowances.
- Handle statutory contributions and compliance, including social security, provident funds, and personal income tax.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with Thai labor regulations.
- Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

**Strategic HR Management**
- Align HR strategies with business objectives to support organizational growth.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR managerial role, preferably within Thailand.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws, social security, and payroll regulations.

**Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google workspace.
- Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.

Pay: ฿50,000.00 - ฿75,000.00 per month
