Works closely with management and employees by coaching and guide to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Works closely with HR-Vice President on various projects and HR Program roll-outs; coordinates and facilitates HR programs including talent management programs (talent review, calibration), compensation (annual compensation review), annual employee engagement Survey etc.
Partner with Functional to determine gaps and develop improvement plans for functional talent strategies; leverage the full HR function Development Framework: skills, performance assessment and career and position planning (also known as staffing and development).
Conduct local health assessment to identify functional critical skills at risk and mitigating plans, emerging skills needs or deficits to deliver on business strategies Labor Relations / Asset Management.

**Employee Communications**: provide input to various employee communication related to HR / personnel matters; ensure HR communications team are aware of employee sentiment.
Work across HR to fully leverage integrated value and proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially organization development, change management, and employee relations.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Builds great relationships with the leaders in the business.
Strong consulting, influencing skills to allow for building credibility and partnership with leaders.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
