**What you will do.**
- ดูแลติดตาม บันทึก และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทั้งฝั่งซื้อ (ต้นทุน วัตถุดิบ วัสดุอุปกรณ์)ของฝ่ายงานต่างๆของบริษัท และฝั่งขายจากทั้งร้านสาขาและการขายปลีก เพื่อให้ได้รับเอกสารที่ถูกต้องครบถ้วนประกอบการลงบัญชี เช่น รายการรับ ซื้อ จ่าย โอน ปิดสต็อกสินค้าปลายงวด
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบกำกับภาษีซื้อ ใบกำกับภาษีขาย และรวบรวมแฟ้มใบภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มเพื่อส่งต่อให้สำนักงานบัญชีสามารถดำเนินการปิดงบสิ้นเดือนและจัดทำภาษี ภพ.30 ภพ.36 และ ภาษีอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้อย่างเรียบร้อยและถูกต้อง
- บริหารจัดการและแก้ปัญหาในเรื่องบัญชี การเบิกจ่าย ระบบ Petty Cash เพื่อช่วย Support และลดขั้นตอนให้พนักงานทุกคนในทีมสามารถดำเนินงานได้อย่างราบรื่น
- ประสานงานกันสำนักงานบัญชี เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานด้านบัญชีและภาษีของบริษัทเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องและเป็นระบบ

**What you need to have**.**
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิชาการบัญชี และที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานทางด้านการบัญชี (AP,AR,GL) อย่างน้อย 3-6 ปี
- มีความรู้ความรู้ด้านบัญชี ต้นทุน/ภาษี
- ใช้ Microsoft Excel หรือ Google Sheet ได้เป็นอย่างดีถ้ามีประสบการณ์การใช้งาน Cloud Accounting เช่น PeakEngine, Flow Account, Xero หรือ Quickbooks จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
