**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**

**Accounts Payable**
- Perform posting of suppliers invoices and process payments, for both external and internal vendors (Employees and Intercompanies) in a timely manner as aligned to Nordson Policy.
- Perform monthly accrual journal entries, and clearing of GL accounts i.e. prepaid expenses, bank accounts.
- Prepare monthly reconcilation of external and internal vendors; travel accounts, credit card accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Receive, verify, post and arrange for payment of travel expenses and other employee claims.
- Manage Car Leases and the Fleet Cards
- Prepare cashflow forecast for external and internal vendors, as well as bank transfers.
- Follow Authorization Matrix / DOA and report internal weaknesses within internal control to process owners.
- Check of vendor master data in line with the Nordson policy
- Manage day to day account payable and bank transactions such as accounting records, withholding tax coding, Input VAT verification.
- Check and verify all information must be corrected following company policy, Thailand accounting standard and tax regulation.
- Prepare and review invoices and seek appropriate authorization for payment.
- Reconciles monthly statements and related transactions.
- Responsible for WHT and VAT preparation and filing (Monthly tax PND.3,53,54 and PP.30,36).
- Support auditors for auditing half year, interim and year end.
- Responsible for the petty cash fund, record all petty cash transactions and reconcile the petty cash balance.

**HR & Office Admin liaison / co-ordination**
- Liaise with the overseas HR Services team for local HR requests/matters
- Liaise with the overseas IT team for local computers/ services/network requests/ issues.
- Administer Local Covid regulations (whenever applicable)
- Office Administration matters - purchase office supplies etc Corporate secretariat matters
- co-ordinate with Legal to process Board minutes etc

**Others**
- Support local team on audit requirements.
- Cover duties for Supervisor when she is away.
- Ad-hoc accounting duties, or projects assigned by Supervisor / Manager / SSC Finance.

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Degree/Diploma in a business or accountancy related field.
- Strong experience in Account Payable.

Minimum at least 3 years
- ' relevant experience; preferably in an MNC environment.
- Strong communication skills, including good command of both spoken and written English.
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office.

**Preferred Skills and Abilities**
- Enthusiastic, motivated and strong sense of responsibility
- Organized, detailed and meticulous
- Good team player, positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills

**Working Conditions and Physical Demands**
- Office in KPN Tower, Bangkok.
- Traveling to different Nordson offices within Thailand
