**Job Summary**:
The Building Manager will oversee the maintenance, operations, and tenant relations for commercial or residential properties. Responsibilities include managing property maintenance, tenant communication, lease management, financial oversight, safety compliance, and building operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage all building services, including cleaning, security, gardening, engineering, and contractors.
- Prepare emergency response plans to handle unexpected events.
- Plan and manage equipment and machinery.
- Plan building improvement projects.
- Prepare building budgets for equipment and machinery management and building improvement projects.
- Coordinate with external parties and visitors (contractors and visitors).
- Supervise and control building service operations to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Evaluate emergency response plans and prepare reports.
- Prepare building usage cost reports.
- Present building improvement projects for budget planning.
- Present past performance and summarize pending work.
- Present solutions and quality improvement guidelines for the building.

**Qualifications**:

- Male/Female, age 33 and above
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Male must have completed military service
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in condominium management
- Good knowledge of the Condominium Act and condominium management
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to relocate to work at various company locations
- Good personality, leadership, decisiveness, and passion for service
