**FOUNDER IN RESIDENCE**:

- We are looking for a superstar Founder in Residence _(_FiR_) _who will lead a dedicated team to launch and scale this new venture_. _As a FiR, you will define the vision and roadmap for the new venture across all dimensions including product, operations, go_-_to_-_market, technology, and organization_._ You should have a deep understanding of the agriculture and financial industry and be able to build close relationships with key internal and external stakeholders_. _You will work closely with your team to launch the business and continually refine the product & service to ensure product_-_market fit_. _You will be accountable for end_-_to_-_end OKRs to launch and scale this new venture_. _

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure vision and products align within team strategy and requirements
- Build and groom an AAA team - digital-enabled cash & carry van
- Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team. Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
- To manage business challenges while identifying, building and managing strategic partnerships, both internally and externally

**Key Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, venture capital, business development or e-commerce/ platform-based technology companies
- Strong project management and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and hands-on problem-solving mentality
- Strong top-down communications & presentation skills (both written & oral), and ability to engage with senior business leaders
- A passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions to drive out of the box ideas
- Experimental and strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Track record and experience of incubating and scaling new businesses is highly preferred
- Experience in Agriculture and Financial industry is highly preferred
