- Accountabilities and Responsibilities, Teamwork, Leadership skill, Service mind, Proactive, Fast learning, Fast move, Enthusiasm, Good human relationship and pleasant personality
- Flexibility and ability to Coordinate Multiple Tasks
- Computer literacy with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, and AS400 and Express Program
- Good communication and correspondence both Thai and English, Japanese is preferable
- TOEIC score 500 up
