Section Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
- Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to district policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Systems administration engineering and provisioning, operations and support, maintenance and research and development to ensure continual innovation.
- Performs regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
- Creates, changes, and deletes user accounts per request.
- Diagnoses and recovers from hardware or software failures.
- Configures / adds new services as necessary.
- Maintains operational, configuration, or other procedures.
- Performs periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
- Support additional ad hoc task assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience managing computer business systems and JDE CNC Administration.
- At least 5 years experience with Oracle SQL.
- At least 4 years experience in managing a group of developers.
- JDE installation, set-up, configuration, package builds, and deployments experience
- Proficient in utilizing the JDE EnterpriseOne Technical Foundation tools and CNC functionality.
- Solid experience in Oracle and SQL databases
- Strong knowledge of the Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne Architecture - Deployment Server, Enterprise Server, Application Server, JAS Server, Portal (nice to have),Familiarity with problem resolution techniques utilizing Oracle Global Support, SARs, Knowledge Garden, and Oracle Customer Support portals
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to provide 24/7 support when necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, coordination, facilitation, consultation and conflict resolution skills
- Good command of English & Thai in written and spoken communication.
