- Department: Commercial- Location: Thailand- Team and Role Introduction:

- The Regional Retention Operation team utilizes data-driven approaches to develop customer segmentation, customer engagement frameworks, and investment guidelines. Through A/B testing, we measure effectiveness and provide data-backed recommendations to optimize customer engagement and retention. Our focus is on striking a balanced approach that benefits both the company and customers, ensuring lasting and fruitful relationships.**Responsibilities**:
- Take ownership and drive a compelling CRM customer-focused strategy that delivers high levels of customer engagement, retention, traffic, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with local country teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize funnels and improve campaigns by engaging various stakeholders.
- Assist in customer data and insights analysis to identify opportunities for segmentation, personalization, and sales uplift. Encourage the country teams to adopt the identified strategies.
- Develop SOPs, SLAs, and guidebooks to empower country teams to roll out and manage the ongoing operations of these automated campaigns.
- Plan and structure analyses, experiments, and pilots within an agile framework.

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Degree in Business Management / Analytics, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing automation, campaign management and/or digital marketing operations, with experience in developing and implementing marketing automation solutions at scale.
- Strategic able to problem solve in a structured manner.
- Having creativity in problem-solving with proven track record of stakeholder management
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Enjoy the challenges of a fast-paced, high-stakes ecommerce.

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- Have previous experience working with eCommerce industries
