**Job Description**:
**Job Summary/ Responsibilities**
- To be information of conference
- Coordinate with Venue, Hotel (for road show), speaker, delegates, exhibitor, association, Marketing Communication, IT also project team
- Concern with Equipment of Conference Process, i.e. A/V equipment.
- Working with marketing team to update conferences on printed materials, project website & EDM for latest events accurately.
- Concern with registration such as pre-registration, Walk in and counter registration onsite and print badge delegates
- Search, recommending and coordinating with all suppliers concern for each function to get comparision cost and propose to conference manager for approval.
- Working with Project team on road show conferences both local & overseas
- Coordinating with partner organisation/association on inviting speakers & guest and disseminating the conference information to their chennel.
- Inspect meeting rooms & venues to ensure it meets client needs.
- Develop and distribute meeting materials to attendees before meeting start.
- Assit manager to prepare payment approval for all expenses concerns with each function for project approval.
- Coordinating with confirmed speakers for all arrangement, i.e. topic, presentation file, schedule (some need to provide transportation & accommodation), speaker's fee, and special treatment at the function, etc.
- Generate post event report including, no. & list of participant, expenses & revenue, evalation summary.
**Qualifications**:
- Digital savvy and digital first mindset
- A multi-tasker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, data management software
- Must have exceptional written communication and proven copy and content writing skills in English
