**Descripción del Trabajo**

Controlar la disponibilidad de asientos, el servicio, la seguridad y el bienestar de los huéspedes en el salón del club. Mantener el bar, el mobiliario del bar, las mesas y otros instrumentos limpios y en buenas condiciones. Preparar y servir bebidas calientes, frías y alcohólicas. Abastecer el lugar de hielo, cristalería y provisiones. Anticiparse a la necesidad de reabastecimiento y comunicarla de inmediato. Lavar los platos y los utensilios de cocina cuando sea necesario. Completar las tareas de apertura y cierre. Requisar todas las provisiones necesarias, llevándolas del depósito al área del bar cuando se necesiten. Asegurar los licores, las cervezas, los vinos, los refrigeradores, los armarios y las áreas de depósito. Documentar la información pertinente en los registros del departamento. Prever las necesidades de comida extra y comunicar solicitudes especiales a la cocina. Informar al gerente los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras.

Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de la compañía, asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean pulcras y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada y proteger los bienes de la compañía. Recibir y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía, anticiparse a sus necesidades de servicio y atenderlas, asistir a las personas con discapacidades y agradecer a los huéspedes con aprecio genuino. Hablar con los demás utilizando un lenguaje claro y profesional, preparar y revisar los documentos escritos de manera exacta y completa y atender los teléfonos utilizando el protocolo adecuado. Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás y apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comunes. Acatar las expectativas y los estándares de garantía de la calidad. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar objetos que pesen 25 libras o menos; estar de pie, tomar asiento o caminar durante un período prolongado de tiempo o durante toda la jornada de trabajo. Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisors.
