Currently seeking an experienced professional to join the team in the role of Technical Support Filtration, Thailand.

This role will be responsible for providing high technical expertise in the area of trouble-shooting, process knowledge, technical incidents, operation and maintenance for filtration. In addition to this other responsibilities will include;
Ensure proper fulfillment of all QEHS rules and regulations of Metso and the customer
Expertise support for problem management, technical support, R&D and product development.
Contribute to Technical Knowledge Management (service related work instructions, resolution database, fault statistics, activity in technical community) in own technology area.
Ensure systematic case handling through workflow/ticketing system according to agreed response and resolution times with adequate resolution information.
Participating in technical warranty claim or customer complain handling.
Supporting installation & commissioning team (when applicable)
Perform condition assessments
Act as a trainer for internal/external technical trainings, including certification program.
Support IB Validation and maintenance of the CRM with equipment operational information
Support CTO and ETO quotation development through solution definition and technical research
Supports inspection report reviews, recommendations and solution as requested
Escalates issues to Tier 2 technical support

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following;
Relevant university degree, technical trade qualification or advance diploma with 10+ years experience in relevant field. Any period less requires proven high performance track record.
Proven Business and industry understanding.
Customer-focused and problem solving mindset.
Results-driven.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Team focused, good cooperation skills with other stakeholders, e.g. Field Services, Sales, Spares etc
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to liaise with staff at all levels.
Must be able to travel from time to time by motor vehicle and commercial flights
Good written and spoken Thai and English language skills is highly regarded
