Head of Growth

Manao Software is seeking a strategic and results-driven **Head of Growth** to join our leadership team and drive our company’s expansion in Thailand and internationally. You’ll be leading our inbound and outbound sales teams and overseeing the marketing team to reach ambitious sales targets. This position reports directly to the CEO and you will have an opportunity to shape the sales and marketing strategy as well as manage its successful execution.

**Requirements**:
- **University Degree**: Bachelor’s or higher degree in business related major.
- **Language Skills**: Native English or fully fluent English required. Thai language skills are optional but a big plus.
- **Results-Oriented**: A track record of delivering measurable results in terms of revenue growth, market expansion, and successful marketing campaigns. Demonstrate a focus on achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive overall business success.
- **Proven Leadership Experience**: Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in leading B2B sales and marketing teams, preferably in the software development or IT outsourcing industry.
- **Strategic Thinker**: A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- **Team Management Skills**: Experience in leading and managing both outbound sales teams and account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
- **Marketing Expertise**: A strong background in marketing with at least 5 years of experience, including successful campaigns, digital marketing, and brand development.
- **Data-Driven Approach**: Proficiency in utilizing data analytics and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize performance across sales and marketing channels.
- **Effective Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment, making strategic adjustments as needed.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that encompass both sales and marketing initiatives. Have a good understanding of the company’s people, services, and customers. Monitor competition and improve the company’s competitive edge. Evaluate industry trends to identify opportunities. Improve the company’s market position and achieve financial growth.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, manage, mentor, motivate, and train the outbound sales team and inbound account managers, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative approach towards company objectives.
- **Sales Management**: Oversee outbound sales activities, set targets, and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth. Develop the playbook for the sales team and train team members to use it.
- **Account Management**: Work closely with the account managers to nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- **Marketing Oversight**: Provide strategic direction to the marketing team, collaborating with the marketing manager to execute campaigns, enhance brand presence, and generate leads.
- **Performance Analysis**: Utilize data analytics to measure and analyze the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Foster collaboration and communication between sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and shared goals.
- **Reporting**: Submit regular reports to upper management.
- **Events**: Represent the company at tech events, business matching, and networking meetups.
- **Other tasks as required**.
