1. Managing and retaining relationships with existing customers
2. To increase the spend of existing customer ( explore new opportunities esp. on TK projects)
3. Commercial/Account Support for Regional Acc
- Maintain thaood relationship with existing customers (ensuring the business with them is intact and will grow organically).
- To Increase the ratio of the Turnkey business with existing core customers.
- Expand and cross-sell Meiyume FULL capabilities.
- Avoiding from losing existing market share to competitors.
