Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Visit cannabis retail shops within the assigned territory to promote and sell our products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
- Present product information and provide training to retail staff.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional service and support to retail partners.
- Gather and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cannabis products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Educate retail staff and customers on product benefits, usage, and compliance.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all sales activities adhere to state and local cannabis regulations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of compliance requirements and ensure retail partners are informed and compliant.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Experience working in a retail environment or with retail clients is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- **Knowledge**:

- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, industry trends, and regulatory landscape.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- **Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check as required by state and local regulations.
