**Job Title: Cannabis Farm Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee cultivation, production, and harvesting processes.
- Manage sales strategies and build relationships with key customers and dispensaries.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the farm's products.
- Handle financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee purchasing of supplies, equipment, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and train farm staff, ensuring optimal performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in cannabis farming or agriculture.
- Strong background in business management, sales, and marketing.
- Familiarity with financial and accounting practices.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local cannabis regulations.
