- งานประจำ- 2 - 5 ปี- กรุงเทพมหานคร- ปริญญาตรี- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้ + Commission- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
- Consulting agent questions regarding best practices or VOC customer.
- Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
- Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.
- Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine call center KPI.
- Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Other tasks by assignment.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Age 25-35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in call centers will receive special consideration.
- Is eager and confident in their own capacity and enjoy challenges at work.
- Has good communication and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
- ** Good Skills in English and Chinese.**
