5-10 years working experience in QA, R&D, Lab or production from food manufacturing.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
- Establish, organize and perform sensory evaluation for all products and on line sensory tasting.
- Select, screen and train panelists to ensure an effectiveness of sensory panels.
- Co-ordinate with production team regarding quality concerned to sensory, advise necessary actions for deviated case.
- Ensure KQT is performed and evaluated along shelf life of products.
- Manage finished product release according to release standards and criteria.
- Manage complaint handling process to ensure an investigation feedback is within due time.
- Ensure compliance tracking tool and document management system are in place and effective.
- Handle line control to drive zero defects as well as lead quality improvement projects.

**ARE YOU A FIT?**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in QA, preferably in food manufacturing business
- Having experience of quality in Supply Chain - e.g. Retail Quality Assessment, Shelf-life Management, Bad Goods Handling, FEFO concept, Traceability, etc
- Possesses knowledge in Knowledge Quality Management System (ISO9001, Risk Management), Food Safety & Compliance (FSSC22000 or NFSMS, HACCP, GHP/GWP, Verifications/Audits, Sensory Evaluation)
- Communicable in English, presentation level
