- คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
- งานประจำ- 2 - 10 ปี- กทม. (สาทร)- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- 25,000 - 50,000 บาท/เดือน- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Manage internal resources and/or third parties for the flawless execution of projects and all related implementations under Direct Marketing and IT
- Understand End-to-End business process to identify business/ functional requirements from end user then translate /prepare a document to related party.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task
- Providing possibilities of the solutions /options/ workaround on the issues encountered by end users for all projects/tasks related to BU.
- Working with the Project teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on timeline, within scope and budgeting.
- Report project status and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Clearly communicate expectations to team members
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Financial, Commercial, Economics or other related field
- 2 - 7 years experiences in business analyst, program/project management, or other related fields in Telco or banking business. IT or product marketing background is preferable
- High level of creativity, strong communication skill, excellent prioritization
- Project management skill
- Good communication/negotiation/influencing skill
- Performance tracking and monitoring skill
- Problem solving and decision making skill
- Strong interpersonal skill and willing to work in team
- Excellent verbal and written skills both in Thai and English
- Self-motivated and positive
