**Business controller (Production Logistics**
Department : Business Control BKK Plant (BP12820)

**Reports to**: Senior Business Control Manager, PL

**Work location**: Bangna K.M.25

**Job Overview**:
This job position is to support UDT production logistics under UD Tucks Logistics UDT Production logistics, having full responsibilities to manage all transport flow within UDT both inbound and outbound, packaging terminal and purchasing logistics. Those operations are located in multi locations. The main goal of this position is to support transport operation manage and develop the End to End material flow and distribution of finished vehicles and KD kits from suppliers/plants to either end customers or KD plant ; optimizing tradeoff between tied up capital, precision, lead time, availability and transport cost. Being support business case evaluation under key cost savings activities “PCIP program” including assurance savings result is reflect in financial result. Interface mainly with Plant Logistics and Production logistics.
- Prepare production logistics business area monthly management accounts closing with high level of accuracy.
- Support information and collaborate with ACC in Thailand and other countries to secure timely, quality in period end closing process for PL TO BKK.
- Deliver quality assured financial and KPI-related reporting and analysis of the production logistics cost in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform/drive variance analysis between actual and target or estimated levels.
- Coordinate & lead several operational level meetings.
- Working with workstream leader to secure business case and savings under PCIP Program inclusive actual performance tracking.
- Prepare and provide Standard cost of Sales (SCS) information for production logistics cost in annual SCS process.
- Prepare financial estimate for production logistics cost for PL TO BKK and UDT PL Headquarter Cost.
- Work close to UDT PL and other functions within UDT in order to optimize E2E cost performance.
- Ad hoc report or assignment as needed to support senior manager.

**Minimum qualifications**

***-Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance or relevant experience.
- Good accounting knowledge.
- Highly energetic and fast learner with positive attitude.
- Good networking skills in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong analysis skill, critical thinking and teamwork spirit.
- Able to work under pressure with limited time.
- Good communication skill and ability to transform data into business information.
- Good command of spoken and written English with high presentation skill.
- Experience in using SAP R/3, IT system with interface large data and advanced excel.
- Experience from production or transportation environment is an advantage.
