Company Description
**Job Description**:
- Plan, Display and produce daily production status & plan with an approval from Head of department or Team Leader by using the following information.
- Daily operation work status from Repair Status Sheet.
- New coming works with our BOI (The Board of Investment) unit at end of each working day.
- Priority receiving parts from receiving report issued by Shipping and Receiving department.
- discuss with Manager and Team Leader to set the priority schedule to place the defective parts into operational work process e.g., Furnace operation and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) operation.
- Follow up on pending or delayed work progress with Cell Leader and reports verbally to Team Leader in order to ensure that repair work is finished by the agreed delivery date.
- Review and update of daily production plan in the event of work operation delay or possible early shipment in system.
- Ensure each cell has a clear list of priorities and a list of ‘next-jobs.’
- Follow up repair work from subcontractors.
- Manage and control inventory of pool part and customer part systems to ensure that parts are recorded and used with customers properly.
- Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, raw material, tools, and human resource requirements.
- Centralization of communication and coordinate with other departments to determine the status and make sure that production can deliver the right output at the right time.
- Participate in meetings and discuss with Team Leader or Unit Manager on job prioritization and related work issues in planning. Weekly meeting with Unit Manager and other units to update work status, new company policy and general work issues.
- Coordinate with Team Lead, Inspector and Customer Service on actual amount of shipped parts, shipment that unable to make on time delivery and incomplete documentation e.g., unclear PO (Purchase Order), mismatch of information between PO (Purchase Order) and Routing in order to ensure smooth and timely accomplishment of the repair orders.
- Control TAT (Turnaround Time) and OTD (On-time Delivery) as daily basis.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- BA or BS in Engineer, Supply Chain, Statistics, Business or similar degree.
**Experience & Skills**:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience within Planning relevant to Manufacturing and Production Control.
- Experience in engine MRO (Maintenance Repair Operation), Automotive, FMCG, Consumable industry is an advantage.
- Experience of ERP system or Inventory control system.
- Good command in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across various functional areas within an organization.
- Efficient Production planning and control to achieve company targets.
- Analysis data and point out the gap to get the action needed.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Good logic, systematic thinking as well as analytical and presentation.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, Leadership and problem-solving ability, Ability to learn quickly and Able to handle a complicated workload.
- Proactive and strong communication skills, ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization both internal and external.
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills specifically using MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Work under tight project deadlines, which requires good time management skills.
