As a Tech Lead at LINE MAN Wongnai, you will lead one of our company teams (listed below), contributing to the development of innovative solutions that impact millions of users daily. This is a senior position with a focus on end-to-end leadership, requiring strong technical foundations (have an iterative/MVP mentality), the ability to navigate ambiguity (translate open-ended business needs to engineering solutions and systems), and effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.

- Strong technical skills.
- Experience dealing with a large scale of users (in the millions) and distributed systems.
- Domain expertise in food delivery is a plus but not required.

- Strong technical skills, does not directly deal with business requirements.
- Focus on shared infrastructure with other teams.
- Domain expertise in platforms is a plus but not required.
- ** Point of Sale**
- PHP experience is strongly preferred but not required.

- ** Payment Business**
- Excellent ability to understand and navigate large codebases.
- Able to quickly ramp up.
- Domain expertise in payment business is a plus but not required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and drive the development of e-commerce and enterprise products within your team across the software development lifecycle.
- Translate business needs into engineering solutions and systems, particularly in highly ambiguous scenarios.
- Design and develop the back-office that enables high performance and scalability. The technologies we use include Golang, Java, Python, Node.js, gRPC, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Git, CI/CD, Grafana, ELK, Airflow, AWS, Data pipeline and more.
- You will start your end-to-end software development experience from design, writing, source code, testing, deploying, production, bug fixing, and keeping the system up and running to provide the best user experience.
- Work in a cross-functional team consisting of developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and a product manager, to plan and execute feature development.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience building products 0-to-1 in a similar Tech Lead role.
- Proven work experience (no strict requirement on years) in software engineering across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Exception: If needing work visa sponsorship, there is a minimum requirement of 4 years of experience.
- Excellent technical foundation.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate highly ambiguous, open-ended business needs into engineering solutions.
- Effective collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical roles.
