**Job Description**:

- Developing and maintaining the Change Management process
- Reviewing and approving changes to the IT environment by participating in the relevant committees (CAB, ECAB, etc.)
- Coordinating the implementation of approved changes
- Ensuring that changes are properly documented, and that risks and impacts related to changes are identified and under control.
- Providing training and guidance to team members on the Change Management process
- Managing the change calendar and ensuring that changes are properly scheduled
- Assessing the risk of proposed changes and providing guidance on risk mitigation strategies
- Tracking and reporting on the status of changes
- Working closely with other IT service management functions, such as incident and problem management, to ensure that changes are properly integrated into the overall service management process.
- Work closely with CICD team to ensure automatization of the changes

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- ITIL 3+ certification
- Experience usage of Service Now 1 year
- Change management in Cloud environment
- Fluent in English
- Change management knowledge and experience for On-Prem and Cloud infrastructure (DevOps)
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (including System, Network, Security, Database, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a hybrid teams that may operate remotely and may be distributed across several regions around the world.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work
- Effective communication skills to properly articulate change board

Additional Information
- This position is based in Bangkok reporting to management in France
- Worldwide interaction (time difference to manage)
