**Responsibilities**
- ** Project Management**: Overseeing the successful execution of large projects. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- **Banking Services Expertise**:Demonstrating a strong understanding of various Banking Services, including digital channels, payments, customer onboarding, and other relevant areas.
- **Technical Leadership**: Possessing the ability to define and plan the architecture design for digital solutions, including evaluating whether solutions should be developed in-house or through external partnerships.
- **Team Management**:Leading and manage a diverse team of 50 individuals, including permanent staff and outsourced resources. Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and create a collaborative work environment.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying potential risks in project delivery and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:Effectively communicating project status, updates, and outcomes to key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
- **Budget Control**: Monitoring and managing the project budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identifying opportunities to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices within the delivery management function.

**Qualifications**
- Age: 40 years or above.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large and complex projects with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Banking Sector Experience: Strong background in the banking industry with a focus on digital channels, banking services, and customer experience.
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of technology solutions, software development processes, and ability to make informed decisions on architecture design.
- Team Management: Proven experience in leading and motivating diverse teams, including both in-house and outsourced staff.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies.
