**Guest Relations Officer**:
Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School is a joint venture company with its presence in Thailand since 2007. With over 125 years of teaching experience, Le Cordon Bleu successfully achieves its mission of transmission and influence of French gastronomy through its network of 35 campuses, located in 20 countries. **JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES (Key duties and responsibilities)**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest-relations tasks with an active presence in the reception area and throughout the school. Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, assist during their visit, and ensure a warm farewell upon their departure.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the school’s courses and programs, tuition and fees, rules and regulations, and school facilities to provide accurate and detailed information to guests and students.
- Actively promotes in-house events and activities, and stays informed about special events and new course promotions to assist guests with accurate and timely information.
- Handle telephone calls and consider directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of documents and packages, ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Assist and coordinate with Student Services Officers and the Government Liaison Officer on student-related matters.

**Other duties**:
Other assignments as assigned by supervisor.

**Job Specifications**:
**_ Required_**
- Minimum education of Vocational certificate in any discipline
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal communication both Thai and English.
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise with other departments within the school.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel and Outlook.

**_Preferred_**
- Experience in the international education sector and a similar role as an advantage.
