**About this opportunity**
The Role of Sales Coordinator is responsible for effectively, efficiently and promptly handling all iTero sales purchase agreements and ensure proper control and management of all iTero demo and loaner scanning units. And all quotation requested from customers This person is required to focus on delivering accurate and timely sales purchase agreements to customers and reaching out to the customers for information as needed. In additional, this role enforces the demo and loan processes by keeping track and managing proper usage.
**In this role, you will**
Key responsibilities:
- eQuotation and eContract generation
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the sales managers
- Provide sales team with pre sales support as and when needed
- Maintain, control and coordinate demo and loaner process. Which includes coordination with Sales, Technical Support, Operations or Trainers to enable customers to have the proper demo/loaner experience.
- Any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
- Participate in special projects and/or training when requested

- Able to flourish in young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e. roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE_**
- High school diploma and any additional university degrees are required.
- Has 3-5 years and above experience in administrative or sales support environment, etc.
- Asset management is a plus.
- Good interpersonal communication skills, result oriented
- Fluent English required
