**Responsibilities**:

- Work directly under the Director of F&B Services and Catering Supervisor to assist the chef you have been assigned to
- Serve correct portion food to customers in a safe and hygienic manner
- Operate POS during lunch service times and busy snack times
- Assist in cleaning of cafeteria and eating areas at all times
- Overtime and weekend work will be required
- Maintain a good quality and presentations according to the school standard
- Maintain food safety & protection. All food in working areas should be in compliance with food handling techniques, to include dating, proper storage, rotation, etc.
- Maintain the basic food safety and sanitation in accordance with the school’s policies
- Ensure all catering staff follows all job safety regulations and all hazards are reported to Director of F&B Services

**Additional Job Description in relation to Child Safeguarding**:

- Be familiar with your child safeguarding policy
- Be aware of abuse risks to children
- Abide by the Code of Conduct
- Be vigilant
- Prevent abuse/protect children
- Report concerns (mandatory duty)
- Challenge poor practice/promote good practice

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year work experience in related field
- Good Service Mind
- Honest, Hardworking and patient
- Healthy
