**A DAY IN THE LIFE...**
- **Know your consumer deeply**: Develops and maintains Consumer Portrait, Consumer Insight and Consumer Engagement Funnel for his/her brands. Activates the usage of each to inform strategy, plan, and execution at all levels. Identifies and participates in the consumer connect activities to know the consumer target more deeply every year.
- **Create Engaging Brand Experiences**: Owns Brand Engaging Pilot (BEP) and the communication plan (Budget, Brief and Execution). Responsible for gaining all final communication material. Works effectively with all Communication Agencies. Ensures all Touchpoints have been evaluated and that learnings are being effectively utilized. Responsible for the NHW communication strategy for the brand.
- **Innovate Bigger Bolder Better**: Acts as project manager for innovation renovation projects for the brand(s). Gain approval behind recommendation of all key milestones in NPD meeting. Ensures NPDI in system is complete and robust. Responsible for presentation of launch to sales. Identifies and manages all SKU exit strategies as necessary.
- **Inspire with Brand Vision and Essence**: Develops the Brand Vision and ensuring alignment of all communication with the Brand Essence. Responsible for the development of the Local Brand Essence.
- **Delight with product experience **:Acts as project manager for Good Taste projects. Identifies NF and/or NCA improvement plan necessary and owns action plan through the execution and measurement. Identifies and secures Global and Regional technical support to drive brand improvements on Good Taste, product acceptance and/or other product preference tests. Responsible for NHW dashboard submission for the brand.
- **Win with shoppers **:Responsible for ensuring that the customer and channel plan will allow the brand to win with shoppers. Analyzes and identifies opportunities with CCSD/Channel to win with shoppers in ICP. Ensures the alignment of the brand plan in ICP with customer and channel plan.
- **Plan and execute flawlessly**: Responsible for the flawless execution (on time, on budget with the high level quality) of the Brand plan and all Innovation Renovation projects. Proactively scans the external environment identifying potential impacts to the brand(s) and developing contingency plans to ensure rapid response should those issues become a reality. Adjusts the plan rapidly to overcome obstacles and find solutions to keep the plan on track. Secures additional resources and high level stakeholder buy-in as necessary. Understands volume impact of different types of PFME and TS investment of her/his brand and makes strategic decision accordingly.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management from FMCG (MNC)
- Strong in people & project management.
- Experienced in business planning, monitoring, analysis, and strategizing.
- Computer Literacy.
- Good command in English & Thai.
