**Working for offline team at Siam Center**

**Location**:Siam Center**Working Hours**:6 Day per week, 1 Day off**Responsibilities**:

- Support managers in organizing٫ planning and implementing strategy.
- Be able to use the cash register, Card reader and POS (Point of Sale System) fluently.
- Achieve store profit target and minimize loss by implementing profit opportunities and actions to maximize sell out.
- Resolve customer service issues and complaints and be always ready to face and solve problems immediately
- Prepare sales reports for managers and manage the product inventory.
- Translate information about new products being developed and emerging in the market and communicate with BA.
- Be responsible for the cashier and the circulation of the store.
- Provide the defective, damaged, and expired products both in the sale area and the stock area.
- Develop BA up to date on cosmetic knowledge and be able to solve the problem immediately.
- Coordinate with other department and be part of a collaborative and inclusive team.
- Coordinate all related activities to retrofit project with contractor, retail office team and cosmetic team.

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong knowledge of beauty industry, strong leadership, organizational skills and work experience
- Able to develop and train staff, build great relationships in the company, and utilize skills of staff appropriately
- Ready to face and solve problems immediately
- Flexibility to work in shifts energetically
