About the job
Responsible for planning the field service activities in order to progress service jobs and provide information to all key stakeholders and create an excellent customer experience
Key tasks:
- Define the business strategy and plan for assigned area of responsibility according to Division Strategy, plan and targets.
- Develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities to get the customer Loyalty and satisfaction: Market Analysis, Pricing, Visits, Seminars.
- Forecasts Sales and budget and monitor progress against objectives and financial targets to identify problem areas to improve the performance.
- Work proactive and structured with the sales and business development in order to optimize the sales efficiency of the team.
- Lead the sales team giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the plan and the sales process, with the special focus on lead to opportunity and opportunity to quote sub-process.
What you know?
- Bachelor’s degree from recognized university, engineering related field (Electrical, mechanicals, Mechatronics or other related field)
- 5 years + experiences in sales / services sales / after sales in Industrial capital goods, preferably in the Food & Water industries
- Has developed impactful strategies in accordance with the business vision, with good market knowledge and networking. Demonstrated track record of over-achievement consistently.
- Has worked in company with international setting, and has established success within a matrix organization
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Seek to understand the key stakeholders’ business challenges and working it through collaboration.
- Excellent English and Thai language both speaking and writing
- Understand the business of Food Heat Transfer will be advantage
- Willing to travel intensively to generate leads and grow business
