Our client company is a Holding Public Company they are finding Senior Account Manager to join their Real Estate Business.
- Monitoring and reviewing fixed asset, costing, and expense records to ensure all data entries are correct.
- Monitoring and reviewing expense documents to ensure the documents are complete and aligned with the budget.
- Reviewing accounting entries, and adjustment items to ensure they are by accounting standards and internal control of the Company.
- Monitoring and reviewing accrual expenses and reversal items to ensure all costs are complete and correct.
- Coordinating with external auditors and advisory/experts to provide information on responsible accounts such as asset valuation.
- Collaborating and providing consultation to relevant departments for accounting and taxation under accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Preparing management reports and presentations for BOD/EXCOM such as asset write-off and impairment.
- Creating consistency of report work progress and performance to supervisor and management to ensure all works align with the timeline.
- Handling any other task assigned by management.

**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of AP and fixed asset accounting including relevant taxation.
- Working under the SAP system will be an advantage.
- Good accounting principal and tax knowledge.
- Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, proactive, and sense of commitment.
- Can Manage Adhoc project is advantage.
- Good Command of English is an advantage.
