**Job Description**:
**Your assignment**
- Creating the IKEA store business plan and use the country business plan, based on Growing IKEA together and IKEA Food Direction & Strategy, as input. Also work with my matrix to ensure and understand how to work correctly with national and global priorities, as well as local needs, when developing it, then work with my team to develop and implement a clear IKEA Food action plan which is followed up regularly.
- Responsible for implementing the range matrix (global and national) to secure a strong IKEA Food range identity that distinguishes the IKEA store from our competitors on the market.
- Make the IKEA food range available at the lowest total cost by, for example, driving volume according to commercial priorities.
- Ensure proper planning and implementation of range changes in a simple and cost-conscious way.
- Work to maximise commerciality in order to grow sales as well as the conversion rate and average cheque. By doing this increase profitability according to the goals in my area. To assist me I use the Functional Commercial Review and other appropriate tools.
- Utilise everyday commercial opportunities to attract store visitors and keep the chairs warm.
- Ensure we use the IKEA Restaurant & Café to initiate various activities that inspire and surprise our guests through engagement, learning and participation.
- Create awareness of IKEA Food as the most important in-store marketing tool for maximizing the IKEA store’s sales potential.
- Responsible for the successor plan in my department. Develop and mentor successors to meet succession needs of the IKEA business.
- Work actively to create an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality, and diversity is valued, to ensure the IKEA store is regarded as a great place to work.
- Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for co-workers in accordance with local legal requirements and established IKEA standards.
