- Checking completed details in Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Following up Proof of Delivery (POD) from drivers and subcontractors to update in system within timeline
- Prepare incoming billing documents and coordinate with internal and external departments such as accounting department, delivery department, service center
- Input odometer of truck usage of any truck trip in the fleet system
- Prepare and summarize tracking status reports of POD
- Estimate and accrual cost of Fuel, Toll fee, Labor and sub-contractor
- Manage the driver time attendance in the HR web time systems

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience 1-3 year in field admin or customer service transport
- Good Ms. Office
- Fair English
- Able to work shift (rotate) and work 6 day/week (half saturday)
