Responsible of all the human resources and administrative duties of the factory.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible to human resource tasks (Company regulations/policies,Recruitment, Training, Compensation&Benefit,Evaluation, Attendance)

Manage any related to labor and social security

Responsible to liaise with authorities, in particular, BOI, customs, and local administration

Manage reports and other legal document and meet deadlines (i.e., BOI report, local taxes etc.)

Coordinate and support for logistic and purchasing assignments

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Accounting, Logistics or related fields

Minimum 5-7 years in human resources or other administrative tasks, preferably in an international environment.

Knowledge of BOI, purchasing & inventory system

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational and service mind
