**Responsibilities**:

- Arrange and coordinate air freight and sea freight shipping from sofsy stock locations globally.
- Monitor shipments to ensure no delays and if reconciliations if any discrepancies occur, working with 3PL partner(s) to solve these issues. Additionally, creating invoices.
- Continually review freight costs, transportation rates and fulfilment times for the company. Creating a 3PL/Carriers Costs/Fees report for each quarter.
- Organise MBR (monthly business review) and QBR (quarterly business review) meetings with 3PL partner(s).
- Monitor and ensure the health of our Restock Limits, Excess Inventory and In-stock rates.
- First point of contact for questions from internal stakeholders on stock accuracy
- Ensure all Amazon stock locations never have out of stock for live products, concentrate your main focus on the top performers sofsy products for each market
- Create a weekly inventory forecast analysis linked to weekly sales data as well as for yearly.
- Manage Amazon FBA seller account and product listings in 15+ markets on a daily basis, including customer care, listing optimisations and general listing management.
- Working on KPI’s, such as, improving metric of Product Reviews and Seller Feedback, Enhancing Customer Service, and Amazon Inventory Performance Index.
- Research on updated Amazon programs for the sellers and analyse how they can benefit sofsy.
- Build and monitor analytical reports such as Competitor Analysis and Customer Return/Refund Analysis, and deliver to the production team.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong Google Suite Skills, such as Google Sheets
- Experience in international shipping/logistics management; understands shipping terms: PL, Commercial Invoice, DDP FOB CIF BL, FTACO, etc.
- Experience in of Amazon shipment and its requirements
- Experience in a global organisation is preferred
- Experience in E-commerce and/or BPO is preferred
- Excellent communication abilities
- Able to work collaboratively within a team
- Fluent in written and spoken English

**Nice to haves**:

- Experience using our inventory management software: SoStocked
- Experience in software tools such as ClickUp, Miro, Slack, SellerBoard
- Fluent in any of the following: Thai, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish or Arabic
