**I SYNTHESIZE AND SHARE THE NEEDS OF MY ZONE/ COUNTRY (MARKETS, FORM OF SALE) WITH MY DECATHLON BRAND**
- Know the customers of my sport zone/ country and participate in the improvement of passion products and services.
- I identify, listen to and constantly formalize zone/ country expectations - from the priorities of sport ecosystem (country and ASIA HUB).
- I am constantly listening to retail/ zone and summarizing their expectations.
- I know and quantify the zone/ country market and its major players (market, prices, trends, competition, etc.) for my sport.
- I write my sport plan to understand my country's major needs, users & customers, competitors and market position.

**I PRIORITIZE AND COORDINATE MY COMMERCIAL STRATEGIES BY ZONE/ COUNTRY**
- I prioritize and animate my business strategies.
- I prioritize and I manage the development strategies of my sport and my Decathlon brand.
- I prioritize and I manage the commercial dynamism strategies of my sport and my Decathlon brand.
- I prioritize and coordinate the training priorities in my country in line with the country's commercial policy.
- I prioritize and coordinate my merchandising and layout communication strategies.
- I propose the commitments and economic objectives in line with my sport ecosystem strategy and so the commercial commitment.
- I am the functional leader of my sport network.
- I provide the information to help the stores implantation and to sell the products : How to sell packages.
- I lead the Range Choice(Products Priority) exercise with the help of my network for my sports.
- I coordinate the commercial actions with my sport project team.

**I BUILD THE DECATHLON OFFER(PRODUCTS CATALOG) FOR MY ZONE/ COUNTRY WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK GIVEN BY CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER**
- I propose the Decathlon Thailand Y + 1 offer(products catalog).
- I define my action plans and the 1 year range structure based on the annual range estimate of my scope.
- I work with ASIA HUB and my sport ecosystem leader on the pre-selection of products (quantity and quality) for my sport.
- I propose other brand products to complete the offer(products catalog)
- I propose Decathlon and other brand products and services in accordance with the 1 year strategies
- I cobuild the Decathlon layout with ASIA HUB and guarantee their new collection for my sport
- I guarantee the respect of the layout plans, from the ASIA HUB
- I get simple and up-to-date product information and communication support from Decathlon Headquarter adapted to the forms of sale.
- I validate and coordinate the communication plan for other brands and product sheets with my sport ecosystem leader.
- I guarantee that my sport offer(products catalog) is profitable thanks to the business plan I co built.

**I COMMUNICATE THE STRATEGIES OF MY DECATHLON BRAND IN MY ZONE/ COUNTRY**
- I know and communicate in the zone/ country the strategies of my sport.
- I modelize commercial dynamism operations and make them available in my zone/ country.
- I provide access to product and service training following Decathlon brand's training process (instructors, store leaders, salespeople, etc.).
- I am a trainer and/or I ensure product knowledge by coordinating my network.
- Every year I lead the sport launching for my sport with the help of my network.

**I ACCELERATE THE PROFITABLE GROWTH**
- I set and guarantee the commitments and short-term economic objectives of my sport(s)
- I analyze and manage the economical performance of my sport in my country and put in place the necessary action plans
- I ensure the good landing of end collection products for my sports: analyze performance of products after 6 weeks sales and at the end of my season.

**Qualifications As Sport Category Leader**
- ** [Compulsory]** Have sports passion and practice related to Badminton and Tennis.
- Fluent Thai and English
- Educational background or experienced relate to the business or commercial section
- Strong analytical skills and market awareness
- Problem solving mindset
- Experience in retail and layout management is preferred
