**Role Responsibilities**:

- S/he will provide front line legal support to the business operations ensuring on time delivery and exceptional quality. Specifically, s/he must focus on the following: - Administer and advise on the process for contract reviews for BAU contracts, undertake such contract reviews and obtain approvals being mindful of business deadlines. - Partner with managers and other senior leaders to negotiate contractor, supplier and significant customer agreements, including negotiating major commercial transactions and non-routine transactions. - Advise on and manage the resolution of commercial/legal disputes. - Manage the corporate secretarial requirements of the business including external corporate secretarial service providers. - Review, draft and negotiate a variety of documents, such as commercial contracts, letters, notices. - Provide ad-hoc legal advice and guidance on legal matters to achieve optimum legal and commercial decisions. - Administer trainings on a variety of legal and/or compliance-related topics. - Manage professional services and advice relating to compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies, including external counsel with a view to providing timely and cost-effective services to Carrier. - Ensure smooth transition of responsibilities back to the incumbent.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in laws or higher. - At least 2 years of legal experience obtained in private practice in a leading law firm or inhouse roles preferably. - Effectively conduct research, draft, review, revise and advise on legal documents. - Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, analytical skills. - Can-do attitude and ability to work independently with tight timelines. - Ability to communicate in English both written and spoken
