**Laboratory Technician (F&B), Thailand**:

- As the Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for assisting the technical team in the preparation of flavor compounding, handling of flavor samples for both internal stakeholders & customers. You are also required to support cross functional teams (Portfolio, Creation & Sweet and Beverages Application) in executing daily laboratory operations while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized lab environment. This role will be reporting directly to Application Manager.**The Position**:

- Assist in preparation of flavour compounding, flavour samples for internal and customer evaluations
- Support Portfolio, Creation and Sweet & Beverages Application teams in executing daily lab tasks
- Record and interpret data and ensure proper labelling and storage of samples
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment.
- Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in Flavor / Food Ingredient Industry is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in testing and reporting.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- A strong team player, self-starter and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates computer literacy and is proficient in Microsoft Suites
- Basic knowledge of lab equipment and materials used to perform lab functions.
