**職位概述**

回答、記錄和處理所有客人來電、請求、問題或疑慮。操作電話交換臺。處理客人的喚醒電話、遮罩呼叫、請勿打擾、來電轉接、電話會議、TDD 中繼呼叫請求，以及未登記的來賓呼叫。告知客人收到的任何消息。監控繁忙或未應答的線路，查看未掛斷的呼叫者以更新狀態，並樂意傳話。準確、完整、清晰地接收、記錄和轉發資訊。根據需要啟用/禁用客房消息指示燈。指導客人如何訪問互聯網；將遇到問題的客人轉接至提供商的客戶支援熱線。測試通信設備以確保其正常工作。回應有特殊需求之客人的特別請求。在必要時聯繫相應的個人或部門，以處理客人來電、請求或問題。

跟進客人以確保他們的請求或問題得到令人滿意的解決。根據需要安排行李員或代客泊車員。

遵守所有公司政策和程序；向經理報告事故、傷害和不安全的工作條件；確保制服和個人儀表整潔而專業；維護專有資訊的機密性；保護公司資產。根據公司的標準，歡迎和答謝所有客人；預期並滿足客人的服務需求；為殘障人士提供協助；感謝客人的真誠讚賞。使用清晰、專業的語言與他人交談；以適當的禮儀接聽電話。與他人建立和保持積極的工作關係；支援團隊達成共同目標。遵守品質保證預期和標準。在較長一段時間內保持站立、就坐或行走。使用電腦和/或 POS 系統輸入和查找資訊。在沒有他人協助的情況下，移動、舉起、攜帶、推動、拉動和放置重量不超過 10 磅的物體。履行主管要求的其他合理的工作職責。
