**Responsible in Japanese medical desk manager, Japanese speaking staff management, Hospital Negotiation**

**1. Support Japanese medical desk (JMD) in medical institutions (Thai,Laos)**
- **every month 1 week visit Prachinburi, Ayutthaya and support Japanese interpreting**:

- **Japanese interpret, support office management**:

- **Participate between hospital and field staff, Visit doctor, Nurse, Professor to develop field staff skill working smoothly**:

- **Summary field staff problem and hospital side’s intention**:

- **Respond to patient inquiry**:

- **Analyze and support JMD Laos branch work**

**2. Japanese medical desk staff management (Thai, Laos)**
- **Monitor work shift, planning work shift schedule annually**:

- **Instruct field staff to respond medical inquiry**:

- **Monitoring case, Advice complicated case**:

- **Training Medical Japanese interpreter staff, Provide training manual**:

- **Education for new member of medical Japanese interpreter**

**3. Cooperate with Sales representative, Manage quantity and number of patients ,plan open medical desk new branch**
- **Marketing for increase number of Japanese patient service**:

- **Start up new medical service desk**:

- **Participate in client meeting in with sales**:

- **Have own car with driver license**:

- **Able to work abroad ( Vientiane )**:

- **Basic skill of using Microsoft office**:
