HR & Ga Position

The company is an insurance business (Non-motor).
**Responsibilities**
**Payroll**
- Processing payroll every period and ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Adhering to payroll policies and procedures and complying with relevant laws.
- Identifying and recommending updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedure.
**Performance Appraisal**
- Assisting “Unit Manager” on performance management system and its relevant elements, such as bonus, salary increase, etc., as per assigned.
- Coordinating and facilitating employees to prepare target setting as well as to evaluate and submit performance evaluation results.
- Preparing details, documents, and data to support the performance evaluation process.
- Processing the evaluation results obtained from managers and preparing for Executive meetings.
**HR Project and Coordination**
- Taking part or lead (as deemed appropriate) in designing/developing new HR systems as well as planning, projects, and policies.
- Collecting relevant data and information then creating project-related documents upon request such as backup data for presentation etc.
- Being the project coordinator to run the project smoothly among the working team, consultant, and business units.
- After the project launch, assuming the moderator role and key contact point for system maintenance.
**HR Analysis and Planning**
- Supporting HR Unit Manager and Department Manager to prepare analysis reports related to HR and Organization Planning.
- Collecting relevant data and information then creating project-related documents upon request such as backup data for presentation etc.
**Qualifications**
- 5-7 years of working experience in related fields.
- Able to communicate effectively in English both speaking and written.
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in HR Software-Tigersoft is preferable.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
**Benefits**
- Title Allowance 4,700 THB/Month
- Meal Allowance 600 THB/Month
- Transportation Allowance 500 - 3,000 (depends on distance)
- PVD 7.5%
- OPD 42,000 THB/Year
