- Specification Executive (Flooring Product) (70K-80K) (SDG-104923)
- เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขายผลิตภัณฑ์ (ผลิตภัณฑ์ปูพื้น)-
- Assist in the development of the service business development strategy for Thailand in Chemical Construction, especially waterproofing, sealant and fireproof and flooring.
- Independently identify and source for project(s) for the project pipeline (specification and sales).
- Coordinated with sales support to provide invoice, quotation, delivered timing.
- Develop close working relationships with existing and potential customers at buyer level.
- Ensure all sales actions are carried out and completed.
- Investigate new business opportunities in Thailand market.
- Assist with company division sales forecasting.
- Issue a monthly report with overview of previous and forthcoming month sales activity.
- Ensuring all sales activity adheres to company systems, processes, and procedures.- ช่วยในการพัฒนากลยุทธ์การพัฒนาธุรกิจบริการของประเทศไทยในด้านเคมีภัณฑ์ก่อสร้าง โดยเฉพาะงานกันซึม กันซึม กันไฟ และงานพื้น

- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายเพื่อจัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสนอราคา ระยะเวลาการส่งมอบ
- พัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ในการทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าในระดับผู้ซื้อ
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการดำเนินการขายทั้งหมดดำเนินการและเสร็จสิ้น
- สำรวจโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ ในตลาดประเทศไทย
- ช่วยคาดการณ์ยอดขายของแผนกบริษัท
- ออกรายงานประจำเดือนพร้อมภาพรวมกิจกรรมการขายเดือนก่อนหน้าและเดือนถัดไป
- ดูแลให้กิจกรรมการขายทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามระบบ กระบวนการ และขั้นตอนของบริษัท
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25 - 35 years old- Bachelor's degree
- At least possess Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ sales experience in Construction / Industrial / Paint (protective coating) and/or the related industry.
- Possess own transport and a valid driver’s license, willing to travel when required.- Able to use Autocad would be an advantage.
- Customer-oriented behavior and mindset.
- Outgoing personality with good sales skills.
- Flexible, responsive and able to work long & irregular hours if required.
- Good basic technical knowledge and understanding on waterproofing & sealants and Other Construction products.
