ROLE SUMMARY:
Asset & Lifecycle Management team enable analysis and insights to maximise IT asset values, enhance resilience, and uncover optimisation opportunities. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to conduct comprehensive analysis, build positive and strong relationships with stakeholders, and create insights to capture efficiency and improve services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct data analysis with a specific focus on IT asset validation and asset inventory reconciliation for maintenance contract renewals.- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and resilience.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, address issues, and review feasible options.- Organise and document business process decisions and rationale.- Leverage available datasets, processes, and tools in supporting business case development.- Work with data & reporting team to enhance and improve relevant dataset and business intelligence reporting design.- Ensure maintenance contract data is accurately captured, maintained, and up-to-date.- Initiate and manage ad-hoc initiatives to improve data quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Broad technical awareness to confidently handle topics across different domains.- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.- Experienced in business intelligence tools to enhance analysis, insights, and storytelling.- Able to communicate effectively. Engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clear and compelling communication.- Able to balance attention to detail with a strategic mindset, effectively managing both granular tasks and broader strategic objectives.- Strong aptitude for collaborative teamwork while also demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
