**KEY DUTIES**:

- Lead the PPT initiative projects which concern quality department and topics
- Prepare report, fact base data analysis, suggestion and drive implementation along the supplier quality chain and all stakeholders for new PPT initiative strategy projects
- Improve and monitor procedures, guidelines and best practices in all areas across supplier quality related function and collaborate with sub-function to update procedures and guidelines
- Challenge status quo
- Maintain and update best practices, tools and systems for all functions of supplier quality - Supplier quality engineering, supplier operation (inspection) and also other relate quality function and topics as per assign from superior
- Tools and quality system development
- Support the development of tools and system to improve the efficiency of supplier quality department in order to achieve high effective working integration along within quality department and other stakeholders in both external and internal
- Develop sufficient deep expertise about process, policy and constraints across various areas of supplier quality to better balance operational trade-offs between cross-functional teams
- Monitor own performance and address gaps/improvement opportunities; prepare monthly / quarterly performance reports
- Plan budget and headcount estimation for the PPT project initiatives which related to quality department

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degrees in Engineering (Industrial /Mechanical /Chemical) and/or business administration or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience
- Engineering or jewerly education background are required
- PMP or project mangement certification is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience developing and/or implementing solutions for supplier quality system, qualification and audit system
- Refining and documenting user requirements
- Translating requirements into specifications that developers can implement
- Statistical and analytic skilled
- Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides
- Experience implementing or supporting ERP solutions for use in a Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain environment
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentations skills a plus
- Skilled at creating an environment which supports the timely exchange of high-quality information
- Adaptability to quickly and proactively implement change initiatives, providing guidance to others in meeting changing needs
- Drive the solution to most complex business problems
- Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)
- Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
- Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
- Is an inspirational leader; practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests
- Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
- Has an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of talented individuals
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively within the organization
- Computer skill to MS offices, Power BI (Plus)

- Ability to business travelling alone if necessary.
