**Position**: Quality Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**Quality Assurance Leadership**:

- ** **Lead and oversee all aspects of the quality assurance process for electrical transformers manufacturing.
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Testing and Inspection**:

- ** **Conduct comprehensive testing and inspection activities during various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Execute tests and checks according to defined manuals and test scripts, maintaining high standards of precision.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in quality assurance procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements that enhance overall product quality.

**Quality Metrics and Reporting**:

- Establish and monitor key quality metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Master/Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in the manufacturing of electrical transformers.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control processes, testing methodologies, and industry standards for electrical transformers.
- Familiarity with testing equipment and tools relevant to transformer manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a quality assurance team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues proactively.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to electrical transformers manufacturing.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality in every aspect of the manufacturing process.
- Excellent command of English.
