**The Opportunity**

Experience of audit/accounting practices is also essential as significant amounts of financial analysis will be undertaken. Such analysis will assist in providing invaluable insights to the payroll team, as well as the wider people team at Agoda.

The role best suits someone looking to continue developing their change management skill, is excited to leverage their accounting skills to add value and insights but also understands the importance of BAU as we continue to support the global growing business.

**In This Role, You'll Get To**
- liaise regularly with our internal (Onboarding, Finance, People Planning, Employees) and external stakeholders (Auditors, vendors, Group)
- ensure sufficient funding for day-to-day salary/benefits
- assist in budgeting for the People team
- ensure the employee data we hold is accurate
- review and propose adjustments to processes aimed at improving the employee experience
- lead/support teamwide initiatives e.g. drive the review and revision of process documents/guides
- collaborate and liaise with the People Technology team for technology-based solutions
- analyze data and summarize findings in easily digestible format

**What You'll Need to Succeed**
- Bachelor's degree required; major in Accounting and Finance highly desirable
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performing Accounting, Audit or Finance functions
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages a plus
- Expertise in Excel; good, working proficiency in related programs
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics
- Strong administrative, organizational, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interest in team capability building and sharing knowledge with others
- Ability to work well with employees in a highly multi-cultural environment
- Ability to cope well with ambiguity and change
- Humility, flexibility, good interpersonal skills a must
- Excellent communication skills, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to senior executives
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics a **must**:
